Came for days. Stayed a month.

Everything else. Rooms get cleaned to spotless every day. Roof deck is nice. Fantastic location. Good price. Nice staff. Next to Oxxo for anything you need. Close to Mega and DAC if you want to buy actual food. Super close to 5th street and restaurants. Felt perfectly safe walking home from nights out even at 4am. I am female. Laundry room is convenient. Studio room is not as tiny as it looks in photos. Modern looking but not sterile feeling.

Hot water only lasts 4 minutes. Roof needs a bit of shade (but you could just go to the bottom floor pool).

Almost everything was great, clean and short distances too most things. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The cleaning services forgot to clean our room one day, and the day they did clean they didn’t restock toilet paper. Also the toilet paper was perfumed for me that’s a big no no.

everything! was one of the best accommodation during our mexico round trip very nice flats with plenty of space and for an awesome rate!!! pool are on the roof top is a gem!

The staff was really helpful, friendly and made all the efforts in order to have a great stay! The room was cleaned once in two days, the sheets were changed every 2 nights, we had all the amenities in the apartments and air conditioning in each room. All in all, everything was fantastic! :-)

We ran out of soap and toilet paper two times, but the staff quickly resolved the situation after we reported it. Also, we got extra-charged around 50 EUR for transmitting the name of the guests after the reservation was made (bare in mind that we were a group of 23 pax), but the hotel gave us the charge-back after we complained about the entire situation.

good hotel, one of the guys in the staff was very unpleasant

the hotel itself is very nice, it is clean and the location is good

there was one guy in the reception, i believe his name was Jonathan, when i asked him to book another night, he gave me a higher price then booking because he said that booking doesn't include tax, which in this case it was. i asked him why i need to pay more tax, and then he start to speak rudely, and said "you are like all the israelis, you argue for every pezo". he was very unpleacent, very rude, and talk to me in a way that made me fill -very- uncomfortable. when i told him that it is very racist to say something like that, he just answered to me- "but this is the true". i will never go back to this hotel only and only because of him. i want to mansion that all the other staff were very helpful and nice! so thanks to them, they were great. but this guy really ruined my stay and made me fill very unwelcome.

The accomodations are super clean and cozy. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Close to 5te Av.

Very beautiful room.

Very beautiful room. Comfortable bed, walking distance to 5th avenue... And the beach. They provide you with water and coffee witch is also very nice. Shower is nice and big. I would recommend to stay here. Its very comfortable and definitely worth your money.

The check-in time on booking.com is incorrect. There is a 24/7 reception. According to the first receptionist and booking we should get a refund for the fisrt day because we arrived at 20:00 so we booked a different hotel for the first night. The day after everything was okay and where able to continue our stay :). The receptionist in the evening is very customer unfriendly and did not cooperate with the promised refund Booking and the morning reception had promised. At the end booking will bill the first night back to the hotel so got our refund. Long story short, reception has 2 sides one friendly reception and one as a dragon

The hotel is very new, nice pool, good location, comfortable bed

No hot water in the shower, there were two planned long power outage. One of them was 7 hours during the day, and the other was 2 hours during the night, which means no air conditioner (!!!) and no WIFI. They also skipped cleaning our room once.

The location The pressure of the water in the shower was excellent but the water was cold.

The stuff - a guy name Jonathan was very unplessent, from the moment we arrived he try to deceive us with the cost of the room (although we booked in booking) and with the rate of the dollar - around 17% more than should be. In addition, they didn't help us with the suitcase or even didn't say hello. There was a power break on electricity most of the day and we needed to get shower at the dark and with cold water. The air condition didn't work good, only like a fan and it was very hot in the room. No one came to clean the rooms. But - the hotel seems clean and in a good location. We will not come back there.
